Refunds:

All custom parts are made to order therefore we do not offer refunds. However, customer satisfaction is important to us so we will review each case and are willing to work with the customer. 

Shipping:

Palm Customs believes in providing the best quality for all of our products, therefore, there is an 8 to 12-week lead time before an item will ship.
